Setup was fine overall, but the app feels a bit clunky to me. I keep having to tap around just to find basic things, which gets annoying. Compared to other apps I’ve used, this one just doesn’t feel as intuitive. It’s not terrible, but it’s not the easiest to use either

The automation works well overall. I just wish the alerts were literally a bit clearer and easier to understand.

I’ve said this a few times already, but the greens just didn’t have much going on. They tasted watery and flat, like there was barely any seasoning or flavor there. I was hoping they’d be better, but they were disappointing.

I’m annoyed with the delivery. It showed up a day later than it was supposed to, and the box had a dent in one corner like someone clearly wasn’t being careful with it. Thankfully, whoever packed the items did a decent job because nothing inside was damaged, but that feels more like luck than anything. I’m glad everything arrived okay, but the delivery side definitely could’ve been handled better

I was happy with this mix. It had a good variety of herbs and greens, and it’s been really useful to have on hand. I do wish there were a few more flowers included, but overall it’s a nice, simple blend...

I had a problem with one part of my Gardyn and reached out about getting it replaced. The whole thing was straightforward, and they got back to me faster than I expected. The new piece showed up sooner than I figured it would and worked like it was supposed to. Overall, I’m happy with how it went, definitely didn’t turn into the headache I thought it might.

I had a small issue with my order, and I was a little worried I was going to get brushed off or fooled with excuses. But customer service got back to me quickly and fixed it without turning it into a big hassle. Definitely appreciated how straightforward they were...

I have to admit, it’s a cool idea and I can see why people would like it. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I’d probably be more into it if the price felt a little more reasonable

I was excited about my Gardyn at first, and the setup does feel futuristic. But after paying that much for the unit upfront, the monthly subscription started to feel like too much. I didn’t realize I’d still need to keep spending this much just to get the full use out of it. I’ve reached out about my concerns because it feels like something that should be addressed, not just brushed off. It might work for some people, but for me the ongoing cost takes away a lot of the enjoyment.

When I first got the Gardyn, I thought, “Great, this is going to be one more thing I have to clean and babysit.” But after using it for a while, it’s been surprisingly low-maintenance. Most days, I just check the water, top it off if needed, and add plant food when the app reminds me. Every now and then I wipe things down, but it’s not a big production. Swapping out the yCubes is simple, and pruning only takes a few minutes when the plants start getting a little wild. I’ve even forgotten about it for a day here and there, and everything was totally fine. I was expecting a lot more mess and upkeep, but it’s been really easy to manage. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I like the clean, modern look of it, and it does make my kitchen feel a bit more updated. At the same time, it somehow looks sleek but also kind of bulky on the counter, which is a little confusing. Overall, I think it looks good, just not quite as impressive as I expected.

I’ve been using mygardyn for a while now, and the AI assistant has actually been useful. Especially when I’m trying to figure out what my plants need and don’t feel like searching through a bunch of info. Quick answers. Easy enough to follow. Sometimes it does feel a little basic, though. Like, helpful direction, but not always the full detail I was hoping for. So I still end up double-checking things here and there. Overall, it’s been easy to use and it usually points me in the right direction. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the answers were a bit more specific every time. Still happy with it.

I’ve had my Gardyn for a while now, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do, the plants grow and it’s fun to watch everything come in. That said, for the price, I expected the build quality to feel a bit more solid. One of the light arms started getting loose after some use, which was disappointing. It’s not a bad system, but personally, I think it should feel more durable for what it costs

I’m a bit rushed, but just wanted to share that the growth ended up being uneven for me. Some areas came in fine, while others lagged behind, so the overall result wasn’t as consistent as I was hoping

It doesn’t take up much room in my kitchen, which is great because apparently I’m not running a restaurant out of my apartment. Fits nicely without making the counter feel cluttered.

I really wanted to like this more, but the setup process was not as straightforward as I expected. Connecting the app also took longer than it reasonably should have, and a few parts did not line up right away, which was frustrating. Once I finally got everything working, it looked good and did what it was supposed to do. That said, for the price, I was expecting a much smoother setup experience.

I don’t know what some people are blaming this thing for. It feels sturdy, it’s held up fine, and I haven’t had a single issue with it so far.

The light definitely seems to help my plants grow, so I can’t really complain too much. But I did notice some areas seem to get a lot more light than others, even though it kind of looks like it should cover everything the same. A few of my plants are leaning weird now, which I’m guessing is because they’re reaching for the brighter spots. It’s not a bad setup, I just thought it would be more even, especially since it’s a plant light and plants like light.

My Gardyn order was decent overall, but the seedlings were kind of hit or miss. Maybe half of them sprouted quickly and looked healthy, while a few others either barely got going or died off early. I followed the instructions closely, so I’m not really sure what went wrong. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I was hoping for a little more consistency.
